    Tired of this?

The pool headaches we take off your plate.

    • The water keeps turning green or hazy

What we do: We test and correct the chemistry at every stop, so the water never gets the chance to turn. Already green? We can bring it back.

      How we clear green pools
    • Red eyes and itchy skin after a swim

What we do: That’s usually chemistry out of balance. Chlorine, pH and alkalinity are measured and adjusted every week — gentler on swimmers and on your equipment.

    • A pool guy who’s hard to pin down

What we do: No-shows, a new face every week, no idea whether anyone came. You get one technician, a set day, and an update after every stop.

    • The house sits empty for months

What we do: Winter resident, traveling or still waiting to close? Weekly stops keep the pool ready, and each update tells you how it looks.

    • A complimentary starting water test
    • One assigned technician — not a rotating crew
    • A quick text or email update after each stop
    • Month-to-month — stop whenever you like

Our promise. Not happy with a stop? Tell us and we’ll come back and fix it — no extra charge.

Available to new customers in Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Naples and Marco Island. Priced for a typical residential pool; oversized, badly neglected or specially equipped pools may be priced differently, and we tell you before any work starts. From month two, your weekly rate depends on your pool and is agreed with you in advance — nothing is billed that you haven’t approved.

    Every weekly stop

Eight things we do at your pool each week.

Florida pool water doesn’t sit still. Between July heat, strong sun and the rainy season’s afternoon thunderstorms, chemistry can swing in a few days. A weekly stop keeps up with it, so the pool stays swimmable without you touching a brush.

Your weekly price depends on your pool’s size, screening, equipment and needs — you’ll know it before anything starts. Repairs and equipment work are separate; if we spot a problem, we’ll tell you and quote it or refer an appropriately licensed contractor.

    • Water tested on arrival

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity read at the start of every stop.

    • Surface netted clean

Leaves, palm debris, bugs and pollen lifted off the water.

    • Walls, steps & waterline brushed

Stops algae and scale before they can settle in.

    • Skimmer & pump baskets cleared

Keeps water moving freely so the pump isn’t strained.

    • Chemistry balanced

Dosed for this week’s sun, heat and rain — not a fixed recipe.

    • Filter pressure noted

Tracked each week so you know when a filter clean is due.

    • Equipment looked over

Pump, filter and plumbing checked by eye for leaks or trouble.

    • Update sent to you

A short text or email with your readings once we’re done.

    Local know-how

Built for pools on the Gulf Coast.

Our routes are centered on Bonita Springs — including Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Spanish Wells, Palmira and Bonita National — and reach Estero, Fort Myers, Naples and Marco Island. Tight routes mean less driving between homes, more time at your pool, and a quick answer when you need one.

    • Brand-new neighborhoods

Estero, eastern Bonita Springs and Fort Myers keep adding new homes and new pools. We plan weekly service around your closing date — or around the builder’s pool start-up.

    • Homes near the water

Near the Gulf beaches, Estero Bay, the Imperial River or Marco Island’s canals, wind carries more sand and debris into the pool, and salt air wears on screens and equipment. We watch for both.

    • Storm season

Summer downpours dilute chlorine overnight, and hurricanes bring debris and outages. After a storm passes and roads are safe, we work through our routes to get pools clean and balanced again.

    • Winter residents

Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs are full of seasonal homes. Stops continue all summer while you’re up north, and the update after each one tells you the pool is fine — or that something needs a look.

    FAQ

Questions Southwest Florida homeowners ask us

Don’t see your question? Send us a message — we’re happy to help.

What does weekly pool service cost?

Your first month is $89 if you’re a new customer, and it comes with a free starting water test. From the second month on, the weekly rate depends on your pool — its size, whether it’s screened, the equipment and what it needs — and you’ll know that number and agree to it before we start. You can stop at any time; there’s no contract.

How often will someone come to my pool?

Every week, on the same day of the week. In Southwest Florida, hot sun and summer downpours pull chlorine and pH out of range fast — a weekly stop corrects the water before it has a chance to cloud or turn green.

Who actually comes to my house?

The same technician each week. Routes are built so one person gets to know your pool, your equipment and your gate. After every stop you get a short text or email with your water readings, so you know it was done.

Does someone need to be home during the visit?

No. All we need is safe access to the pool: a gate code or unlocked gate, and any pets kept inside. Most customers are at work or away when we stop by — the update after each visit tells you it’s done.

    Is there a contract?

No contract and no minimum term. Service runs month to month, and if your plans change you can simply let us know and stop.

    Do you supply the chemicals?

Yes — the everyday balancing chemicals used on your weekly stop are part of the price we quote. Anything beyond routine care, such as an algae treatment, stain treatment or salt for a salt cell, is explained to you and only added once you say yes.

My pool has a screen cage. Is that a problem?

Not at all — screened and open pools are both on our routes. Cages keep out most leaves but not pollen, dust or small bugs, so the pool still gets brushed and checked. Open pools usually catch more debris, which is one of the things we factor into your quote.

    Which areas do you serve?

Bonita Springs — including Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Spanish Wells, Palmira and Bonita National — plus Estero, Fort Myers, Naples and Marco Island. If you’re somewhere nearby, send a quote request anyway; we’ll tell you straight whether your street fits a route.

I’m buying a home with a pool. Can service start before move-in?

Yes, and it’s one of the most common requests we get in Southwest Florida. Share your closing or move-in date on the quote form and we’ll aim to have the pool cleaned and balanced before you get the keys.

We just built a new home. When should weekly service start?

New pools usually go through a start-up period handled by the pool builder while the finish cures. Tell us your builder’s timeline and we’ll schedule weekly service to begin once their start-up is complete.

I’m only here part of the year. Can you look after the pool while I’m away?

Yes. Weekly stops carry on whether you’re here or not, and each one ends with a quick update. If something seems off — the pump isn’t running, the water level has dropped, equipment looks wrong — we reach out so you can decide what to do.

What should I do with my pool before a hurricane?

Leave the water in — an empty pool can be damaged by groundwater pressure, especially with our high water table. Bring in loose furniture and toys, and switch off pool equipment at the breaker if you expect flooding or power surges. Once roads are safe after the storm, we work through our routes to clean out debris and rebalance the water as quickly as conditions allow.

My pool is green. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. Attach a photo to your quote request and we’ll tell you what we see, run a free water test and explain what it will take to clear. After that, weekly service keeps it from happening again. Our Green Pool Cleanup page has the details.

What if a visit falls short?

Not happy with a stop? Tell us and we’ll come back and fix it — no extra charge.

    How soon can you start?

That depends on where our routes have room. Once we’ve looked at your pool details, we’ll give you a start date with your quote — and if you’re working toward a closing or move-in date, we’ll plan around it.
