Where it makes sense, we meet contractors or deliveries you’ve booked — no flying back for an A/C tech.
What happens on a check
We work from a checklist you sign off on ahead of time — for example, making sure doors and windows look secure, watching for signs of water leaks or pests, confirming the A/C appears to be running (important in a Florida summer), and noting anything odd outside. A short report follows every check.
Already a pool customer? We’re at the house weekly anyway, so home watch just stretches that same set of eyes to the rest of the property.
What it covers, and what it doesn’t
Home watch means visual checks. It isn’t security or alarm monitoring, a home inspection, insurance, or a replacement for licensed contractors. If we see something that needs attention, we tell you — and if you want, we’ll help line up qualified professionals where required.
